A bundle branch block may not cause any symptoms. When this condition does cause symptoms, they may include:
- Dizziness.
- Fainting (syncope).
- Feeling like you’ll faint (presyncope).
Bundle branch blockages on both sides may cause symptoms including:
- Abnormal heartbeat (arrhythmia).
- Shortness of breath (dyspnea).
- Slow heart rate (bradycardia).
You’re more likely to feel symptoms if you have:
- An underlying heart condition.
- Both right and left bundle branch block.
- Severe bundle branch block.
