How is neurogenic claudication diagnosed?

  • Physical exam: Your healthcare provider will examine your legs and feet to look for signs of vascular claudication and feel for pulses in these extremities.
  • One or more of the following imaging tests:
    • X-rays.
    • CT scans.
    • MRI.
    • Myelography (especially for patients who can’t have an MRI).
