Symptoms of early-stage acanthamoeba keratitis may include:
- Blurred vision or vision loss.
- Cloudy or dirty-looking cornea.
- Eye pain.

- Sensation of something in the eye.
- Sensitivity to light.
- Watery eyes.
- Whitish rings on the surface of the eye.
