This can only be done by agricultural holdings where there is a large land bank, serious agronomists, the ability to purchase cheap seeds due to volumes, 1-2 MTS, 1-3 chemical warehouses, etc. They just can show efficiency in view of cost optimization. There is no extra equipment and extra people. And all the neighbors and relatives work for the farmer - and this is usually not the most productive category in business ....
